Blockchain for agricultural supply chain
Agricultural supply chain involves complex interconnected processes between various stakeholders. The typical challenges include tracking provenance and Place of origin, tracing custodian information, lack of trust & transparency between stakeholders leading to potential delays in downstream decision making. The video shows how Infosys blockchain can help to create a trusted network and enable stakeholders transactions through smart contracts.

Informative. Thanks for sharing
Visnorey Linke that very soon I will be part of Blockchain industry
Explanation is good but sound idealistic.
Can you explain what transparency would be there will all stake holders have access of pricing patterns or there would be some constraints. If no I believe it would result in some internal competition.
What is the guarantee that Mohan is supplying Becker the Mango pulp only made from Raj's mangoes? He could send the pulp of different low quality mangoes he bought from someone else also, right?
I have a doubt….. For each smart contract, whether only quality will be shared with all or amount of transactions also?
Example: Inspection agencies; if they know difference at which exporter is buying from farmer and selling to Germany, they would try to take cut…
on the other hand, if farmers know end product price in Germany and costs involved in transportation, they would be in better position to negotiate for higher price.
Its good and bad… but please explain the level of transparency.
is it can take a topic for paper presentation on semminor for csr
INCREDIBLE

Great work!
walmart deployed?
I am Amarjit from Bihar India I am also Mango farmer Infosys or anybody can help in bloc chain system.
This whole blockchain shit is a solution, trying to find a problem. There is currently no problem with supply chain and no one gives a rats ass where their fruits and vegetables come from …
very well explained…do you have real videos…with real examples and demonstrations?
How may I get in touch with Infosys? We are Blockchain LATAM, based in Guadalajara, Mexico, wanting to implement blockchain to Mexican exports.
Good concept
Is this technology only applied on India?
